Thank you for shopping with rootfort. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you place an order through rootfort.store.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours after being placed. After this period, the order may already be in processing and we may no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.

Orders containing more than 200 items may require 5–10 business days to process before shipping.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All products are shipped from our United States fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping (United States)

Carrier: USPS

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

Express Shipping (United States)

Carrier: USPS Priority

Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Carrier delays
• Severe weather conditions
• High shipping volumes
• Holidays
• Operational disruptions

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BASYK is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Availability

Currently, BASYK ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

BASYK is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BASYK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
